when do pin codes usually come?

hi all planning for late October -- holding off on my reservation because I'm hoping for a pincode! I noticed last year free dining was offered around the first week of may to the public...so for people who were offered free dining via a pincode did it come out before that im assuming? thanks -- fingers are crossed!!! without free dining -- we will probably not be doing Disney this year

Been going to Disney 30+ years, always stay on site and always stay in a deluxe. Have never, not once, ever, received a pin code. Soooooo, can't answer your question.

I've gotten several pins over the years and there has been no rhyme or reason to when they came. There is also no guarantee it will be for free dining or be in effect for your dates. A few times mine were RO discounts for resorts or dates unavailable for GP discounts. I wouldn't count on getting a pin. You have a much better chance of a GP fall discount. Check Mousesavers to see when they've been released in the past.

The general public FD offer came out in May last year and wasn't offered for POR/FQ, so we used the general public offer for Pop Century. After the general public FD, we got a pin code in the beginning of June for FD and Port Orleans was included so we used the pin code and switched to POFQ. So it came out after last year.

Free dining pin? We got the room discount pin for summer a couple of weeks ago but I didn't hear of any free dining offers for summer.

In the past month I've recieved two (one email, one in the mail) about a month apart. Both for summer, though.

Just got one last week for the room discount and the free hoppers. No free dining. This ends August 27.
