When do October 2019 Discounts come Available.

Typically June or July. They have been very limited the last efw years, and there is zero reason to doubt that this year will be different. If you will travel either way, book now. If you need a discount to travel, I would wait.

In recent years October has become a very popular time to go and Disney generally does not do much in the way of discounts.

If you going depends on a discount then you may be out of luck.

I would book now since it is a busy time.

If a discount comes out then it would be a pleasant surprise.

Yeah and that opens August 29th there were discounts through September 30th so t6hat really has nothing to do with it.

Those were released at a time when Disney believed GE would be opening later. I'd be shocked if we see additional discounts this fall.

But this is when we saw the October discounts last year.
