When do Nov Room/pkg discounts usually come out?

I don't think there a lot of discounts for November or December. I've heard they are so busy that Disney doesn't need to discount at that time. That could just be the later part of November though. Someone here will know better than I do, that's for sure!

When I booked my Nov trip a few weeks ago, the CM told me Nov discounts should be out by the end of Aug. As you know, that has already passed. So, just waiting & hoping...

I'm crossing my fingers for either a pin code or some discounts for the week after Thanksgiving. Please disneyland, please!!

Typically they issue the fall discounts by the end of August. I thought they would be out by now! I did get a pin code for the week before Thanksgiving and the week after. I had to call and use it by Aug. 18th. It went to my previous address so I received it Aug. 29th! As an aside, they did honor the pin code and let me use it AFTER the date on the postcard! Yay!! I would be looking for some kind of discount this week or next. They will likely offer some kind of discount, even if only a small one.

When I called to book, I asked the CM if there were any discount or pin codes attached to my or my DH's name. She said they don't do pin codes. Yeah right.

I got the same email. It says general public offer starts 9/13/11. I think I will stay where we were already booked, but at least we had an offer to consider.

Some of the fine print:
Offer valid for arrivals most nights from October 2, 2011 through December 24th, 2011 when booked between September 6, 2011 and October 15, 2011, and for arrivals most nights from November 1, 2011 to December 24, 2011 when booked between October 16, 2011 to December 10, 2011. There was a phone number given: 1-877-553-4763 and you must use your Disney Visa card and/or Disney Visa rewards card to book. Don't know if the offer is just open to those who receive the e-mail or all Disney Visa card holders. The e-mail implies it's for all Disney Visa card holders.

You can book Nov dates now, however, this is only for packages. I just spoke to them and I would have been able to book our November trip if we needed tickets, but we do not. He said that room only would be after 9/13.
