When do Kidani Village buses start transporting to Animal Kingdom?

We will be staying at Kidani Village and attending Homeschool Days. The program begins at 8:30 with check-in starting at 7:30, but the park does not open until 9 that morning. When do buses start their routes? We can't be late so I need a transportation plan for that morning!

1) Buses start running at 6:30am.
2) So, you should see some at AKL/AKV about 6:50am-7:00am.
3) I would drive or take a cab, instead.
4) You don't know if a bus will get you there in time

. . . you need to arrive at leave 10-15 min ahead of time

You do not need a car or taxi. The bus system will get you there. If you leave by 6:45 or 7am, you should arrive by 7:30 no problem.
