When do I pay?

This is the first trip I've done a split stay. For first 2 nights we are staying at POR, then 5 nights with my son & his family, on the last night DH & I are staying at the YC. I got a confirmation for the YC in the mail. I did not get a confirmation for POR in the mail. It shows I have the reservation in MDE.
They charged a deposit for one night, when do I pay the 2nd night? At the hotel or before I leave?
Everything has changed so much since 2004, my last visit.

You can pay it off anytime before you go or as _auroraborealis_ mentioned, it will be charged the morning of your check-in day.

It will be charged early in the morning on check in day. It happens BEFORE you actually check in so if you want to make a change to the credit card the balance will be charged to make sure to change it the day prior to check in (only mentioning this because several times we decided to check in in person so we could change the credit card and the "old" card kept getting charged. I thought it was just a mistake but then recognized it had actually been charged before we requested the change).
