When do I call to get nights 8-10??

So I just got the first 7 nights of my Jan 2012 ressie and was excited to get the standard view I'd hoped for. But I need 3 more nights. When do I need to call to make sure I'm able to get the same view for the remaining nights? Do I have to call each of the next 3 mornings at 9am and hope I beat everyone else? OR am I correct in thinking that no one else could get a ressie into that room and I can wait 3 days to call book the remainder? The latter seems safe to me, but I don't want to miss something and not get the room.

You can call each of the next 3 days. .. but the only way they could fill up would be a 7 night say tommorrow. You are probably safe waiting until the 3rd day.. but you can 100% call tommorrow and add a night

Thanks for your help. I probably will call each day, but this makes me feel better in case I forget or don't get to it by 9am.

At our 7 month mark I switched our BLT reservation to BCV for 7 nights but still needed 2 more nights to add on. I then made sure I called the next morning right when they opened and got the extra night and then did the same the following morning to get the last night. We are so excited about it....come on May!!!!!

You can call 11 months from the day before your check out day. So, I am assuming you booked January 11th through the 18th. As long you call by the 17th, you can extend your stay without worry.

Exactly. There is no need to call every day. No one else can reserve "your" room until the 7 month window opens for the last night of your stay.

So, if you are trying to add January 18, January 19 and January 20:

* no one else can call for January 18, 2012 until February 18, 2011
* no one else can call for January 19, 2012 until February 19, 2011
* no one else can call for January 20, 2012 until February 20, 2011

So all you have to do is call one more time to add your last 3 nights - between February 14, 2011 and February 17 , 2011

No need to call February 12 to add January 18 AND February 13 to add January 19 AND February 14 to add January 20.

Of course, you could, but there is absolutely NO NEED to do so.
