When do I call member services...

I have booked a premium 1-bed at SSR. I didn't have enough points to book my full stay so I am going to use points from another resort. But the 7 month window comes into play and I have to wait until later this month.

With the 2nd contract, I want to book 4/27/18 to 5/1/18 in the same room.

Do I call later this month on 9/27/17 or 10/1/17? I think I am OK with 9/27 but just wanted to make sure.

Also, what do I tell MS so that they keep me in the same room?

Are both contracts under a single membership (same membership number)?

If they are, call on 9/27 and tell MS you want to extend the reservation.

If different memberships, the 2nd portion will need to be booked separately and MS can link them as a Continuing Stay.

Remember to check with the front desk upon arrival to ensure that the room assigner got the message and that they did their best to fill your request.
