when do I book the towncar

Leaving for WDW on 10/13/03....how far in advance would you make your towncar reservation? I would like to get it over with now, but I think I am getting to far ahead of myself. Also, I am thinking of Tiffany's....anybody have any other suggestions???

We visit the Orlando area a lot (about once every 8 weeks). We use Happy Limo and typically book a month in advance, although sometimes it's as close as two weeks beforehand.

I book the towncar as soon as I have my flight times, even if it's many months in advance, just to get it done.

What do you usually tip the town car driver? There will be 2 of use with not too much luggage.
