when do hotel discounts come out.

I have a reservation at riverside for feb 2014. With dining plan.
When does disney release hotel discounts? Does anyone think free dining is a possibility?

IIRC, this past year there was no free dining in the winter; just a room-only discount.

Try looking at mousesavers.com and search for "historical". There's a link where they have a long list of what has been offered in the past few years and when the deals became available. I'm guessing based on previous years, you'll see discounts released next month or so.

This past year, I believe they did a stay, play, dine deal which was a percent off on a package. It often often came out similar in price to what "free dining" would but they didn't call it free dining.
