When do fall specials come out?

Hi even though we have booked a trip to the world in april, I also really want to go in September/October! In the past, when did those promotions usaully come out? I know last year it was the free dining and I doubt they will have that again....Just wondering in the past when did they usaully announce the fall specials??? Thanks

It all depends on occupancy. If it looks like a lot of rooms will be empty, the promotions will appear. If bookings are looking up, then I wouldn't hold my breath.
