When Do Debits Get Withdrawn?

Just wondering if there is a standard time table for when DVC debits get taking out of our bank accounts when the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. I can never figure it out sometimes is seems that they withdrawl funds prior to the 15th and sometimes after.

It's usually drawn out that Monday or the next banking day, but to be safe, I always have my funds covered for anything being debited before closing time on the last banking day before the day the debit is SUPPOSED to take place. My bank "calls out" at midnight and these debits can be downloaded and uploaded before the ban is open for business. Sorry I don't know the proper banking terms, but mine will show that the transaction is pending in my account tomorrow and then on Monday it may or may not show that it has been taken out.

It is weird, my loan is scheduled to debit on the 15th and my dues on the 1st of the month. The 15th of both February and March fell on a Sunday this year and for both months my bank account was debited on the 14th at about 620 in the morning, however the 1st also fell on Sunday in Februrary and March and the account was debited on the 2nd.

mine were debited on the 15th. I saw them pending yesterday and they were not there on Sat. Might just be up to each bank how they end up processing them.
