When do Christmas decorations go up?

I'm sorry, I know this has been asked a million times. I tried the search option but it kept sending me to an error page.

We are looking to go the week after Thanksgiving. Will all the Christmas stuff be up and running by then or will they still be decorating? Thanks!!

We were just there Dec 5th/ 9th and everything was up.

I would not be surprised if they start to decorate before thanksgiving this year! Kind of like the department stores!

It will deffinitely be up by the week after thanksgiving...some stuff starts going up as early as the beginning of november! Have a fun holiday!

Absolutely everything was up when we went in mid-November. The Osbourne Family lights even opened up on November 13th. I think both the MGM and AK parades were the holidays ones, too. A little early with all the decorations...but we all got into the holiday spirit, nonetheless.

We arrived the Monday after Thanksgiving last year. All the Christmas decorations were up, and they were beautiful. In fact, we did Candlelight Processional the first Monday night and MVMCP the next night. The crowds were great...we never waited for any rides, not even during MVMCP. Enjoy your trip...the World is especially magical during this time.

We have been Thanksgiving week on several occasions and by Thanksgiving Day, everything is up! As you go to the parks each day, more and more decorations appear. I believe the last to be fully decorated was MK, all done on Thanksgiving Day. This last November we were at Disneyland Paris and everything was up, even saw Christmas parade on Thanksgiving Day, (of course not a holiday in France, so park was empty) The weather was freezing, about 35 degrees that day and even had snow on the Saturday after. A long way from our previous Thanksgiving trips in sunny Orlando.

We have been at Christmas a few times (my favorite time to go) but never starting out in November. I wanted to make sure we didn't miss anything.
