When do candlelight processional tickets go on sale?

I just found out I am going to be down at Disney the first week in December and am planning on trying to get to one of the candlelight processionals. When do tickets go on sale and when are the readers announced?

Late July into August.

BTW, you can't buy "tickets" to the CP.
It is open seating and "free" with an Epcot admission.

But, you can book the CP Dining Pkg. which includes an advantage in getting into the CP seating before the waiting standby guests.

Those Dining Pkg. ADR's typically become available in August.
