When do 3 day holds end?

It's it 72 hours after the hold was created or after midnight on the 3rd day?

Pop Century is out of Free Dining Rooms on my dates and I'm hoping to get one when the holds are dropped.

Technically they should be but it'll often take a little time for them to show up. On a good day just a little while, on a regular Disney IT day-it's anyone's guess!

Also, they may go back in solely as rooms and not as package availability. I've heard of that happening before.

They did. I was up past 1 and tried again at 7 with nothing available for my dates at Pop.
