When do 2005 packages come out?

We're planning a trip for late 2005.....I know I could book the room, and pay 1 night deposit, but we're planning on staying at the BC Concierge, and I'd rather book the package and pay the $200, have it refundable, and all that stuff. My only issue is, I don't want to wait too long (I know its still early now) and have the room/resort we want be sold out. So, when do the 2005 packages come out? Should I book the room now? If I did that, could I switch to a package when they came out? Thanks!
