When Disney changes park opening times..

Is there any "typical" time when Disney will change their opening time for each park? (a week before, 2 days before, etc.?) Or is the only way to try to get FP's for previously sold out attractions is to constantly be checking everyday, throughout all hours of the day? We never got a FP for FOP, nor 7DMT

1. Nope.
2. The more often you check, the better your chances.

1. No "typical" time.
2. If you want to try to catch when they open up additional FPs, that's about it.
