Just wondering when everyone asked their bridesmaids / groomsmen to be apart of the wedding? My DF and I don't have a date set yet, ideally, I'd like to be finished with nursing school, I have about a year and a half to go before starting to plan a disney wedding, but I am super excited and want to ask my potential bridesmaids now hehe. So just curious when everyone else asked.

I asked my best friends as soon as I got engaged. Well it turned out to be a mistake. About 4 months till the wedding 2 of them backed out. Dresses bought. Two of the sweetest ladies ever on here offered to step in to be my bridesmaids. I have made some great friendships on here. StephSFL is actually my MOH. So just becareful. Things change and I would hate to see you hurt like I was a year down the road. Congrats and happy planning.

I say if you want to ask them now just go for it then they will be able to get excited with you. Also good luck with your nursing I just finished a year ago.
