when did you pay..

For intimate weddings does Disney require you to pay off the wedding in one lump sum or do they do payments? How far in advance did they need the full balance paid off?? Just trying to get an idea of when i need to start paying! (i haven't even gotten the 2008 pricing yet, so i'm totally in the dark about how much it'll cost.. making me kinda nervous!)

For an intimate/escape wedding first I paid the $500 deposit.

The balance is due 30 days before the wedding. However, for some reason I didn't get my Banquet Event Order (bill) until 10 business days before the wedding (it's supposed to be given to you 45 days out). So I didn't pay until the day it was given to me.

I was told you are able to pay in "payments" just make sure you talk to your co-ordinator about it if you want to do this and they'll tell you how to go about it

I was wondering the same thing, thanks for asking!

I usually go through Dreams Unlimited for all of my disney trips. One of the reasons is because it is so easy to make payments through them. I just pay a little at a time, and before you know it, the trip is paid off.
