We were in Epcot last night so I thought we would run into Guest Services and pick up our Halloween night tickets. I couldn't.
When I ordered them April 30, the CM mentioned they were being mailed. Which at the time I thought odd, since we live so close and we have not had them mailed before.
Well, from the Dis I found out I was being charged an extra $3 for mailing.
Back to the phone, and I had to call Ticket Services.
Within a half hour of ordering them Ticket Services told me they stopped the mailing process, credited the $3 and I could pick them up.
On April 30, at Epcot I was picking up my new DDE letter anyway and asked about my MNSSHP tickets. It was too early. We were not showing in their system. Understandable and no big rush. That's fine.
Then last night we were told I was credited the $3, but the tickets were still mailed.
Well that did not sound good either. I had not received the tickets, and IF they were mailed I am sure I would receive them the next day.
My guess is my tickets were not mailed, but their system shows they were.
I asked the CMs (it took two to look this up) what would happen if I don't receive the tickets within another week. They acted like they would print them once I gave enough time to know I would not receive them in the mail.
Luckily the party is months away.
