When did the offer for free dinning come out on 06?

I was just wondering if anybody remembers when the offer fro free dinning came out in 2006?
I can not remember when it was first issued.

Hi Dave,

It was announced the last week of March. There was a 5 night minimum, and you had to book by June 4 (I think that was later extended to the end of June).

Think it was 4-1-06 for Disney card holders. General public maybe 4-6.
