When did the Ent rate come out last year

Does any one know when the entertainment rate came out for 2003. Was it about this time?

Also how quick do the rates go as the AP rates at Disney went within a few days.

ER's came out around Sept 16-18th last year. Depending on your dates is how fast they sell out. There were still ER's for this year available for this month and next month. Good Luck!
