wow this question can't really be answered. But usaully in the summer fast passes are all gone for this attraction between 2-4 in the afternoon (depends on varying things).
Just get there EARLY get fps and then get in standby. But make this your first attraction of the day. Lines get pretty lengthy as I am sure you know.
