When Christmas lights on?

Can anyone tell me when they start turning on the lights at the parks and the Ozbourne lights are running? They were up when we went last year the second week of November but not on. THis year we would like to go when they have them on. We are hoping for the first week of December. Does anyone know what the crowds are like then or how the weather usually is?

MK Christmas decor was early Nov.Osborne lights and Candlelight processional at Epcot started Thanksgiving weekend thos past year.

We were disappointed by the lights and decor not being all decked out when we went last November. We have now decided to stick with what we usually do- Stay the week after Thanksgiving.
