When Canceling A Cruise???

Once again I turn to the most knowledgable "crew" on the web!!! Due to unforeseen circumstances my brother and his family are going to have to cancel their June cruise. They are booked through Dreams Unlimited and have made their deposit and paid several payments using both debit cards and credit cards. Their question is will Dreams just credit each card that was used? I told them that's what I thought but I wanted to ask and be sure.

Yes, the credits will come back to you in the form it was made. Dreams will tell you it can take up to two billing cycles for the credits to re-appear on their cards, and sometimes in extreme circumstances it does take that long. In my experience it takes around 7 - 10 business days for the credits to appear on your card.
