When can you make Candlelight Processional ADR's?

I'm sorry if this has been asked already. I called dining and they said they don't have the packages available yet and she did not know when they would so how do you know? Just keep calling periodically and hope you get one?

Same with the new Donald character breakfast or Yak and Yeti at AK?

I also answered this on the other board...last year it was August 16th for CP.

No ADRs yet for Y&Y, which opens October 8.
