When can you book for 2009 ?

I thought I read that some people have already booked for 2009 but every time I try to book for Jan 2009 it says they are only accepting bookings up to Dec 31st, 2008

you are probably only going online, you would have better luck calling in to the cm's at 407-WDISNEY

I think that's correct. I don't think you can book online because they haven't released the 2009 rates yet, so they aren't in the system for online booking. Just give CRO a call and they can make the ressie for you I'm sure at the same time they will also let you know that rates for your stay will not be set until the 2009 rates are released.

I booked my ressies for May 09 back in January. I called for mine. I'm now waiting for AAA discounts to come out so if anybody hears of any please let me know.

the AAA discounts come out in blocks try about 6-8 months before ressie, if not yet keep trying once a week or so...

I booked my cabin for march 2009 today. It is an unguaranteed rate that will adjust when the 09 rates come out. You will not be able to book online until the rates for next year come out, at least that is what the CM told me on the phone

I just hung up after making reservations! YEAH... !

She said there were only premium sites available for our time frame....

I am curious if anyone has made reservations for regular season (4/16/09-5/2/09) yet? She told me that preferred sites were $87.00 per night. However, the rate chart at Disney shows less? I was quoted $100.00 a night for a premium site for that time frame. Does that compare to what anyone else has been quoted. Just wondering since she was $10.00 off per night on the preferred...

Needless to say, I am SOOOO excited!

We have ressies for April 19, '09 - on my confirmation it says $88.00/night for preferred, but they are not guaranteed until the '09 rates come out, so it could change.

gee, i really hope so...wow, they are pricing me out of fort wilderness at this rate...i still have a rv payment every month and $4 a gallon in gas to cope with!!

I thought they quoted 2008 rates and then would adjust once they knew
the 2009 rates? If that is the case, preferred rates for that time frame is as follows:
$77.00 weekday
$79.00 weekend
$80.00 holiday....

??

I know what you mean. I don't have the RV or truck payment anymore, but the fuel for 2000 miles roundtrip is getting pretty tough.
