when can you book for 2004??

we were wanting to go early january of next year, can i call
and book this now or do i have to wait later?? thanks

I believe that you can call and book now for pretty much any time in the future. Since the 2004 rates are not out, they can only guarantee your room and not the rate. I think that your deposit would be based on this year's rate. If you already have your dates, there's no reason not to book now. If discounts become available later, you just have to call back and get the lower rate.

If I remember right you can book two years in advance. You should have no problems booking now.

I'll be booking next month for Feb. 2004. I booked one year out for our last trip and just keep calling back and applying various discounts when they became available. I found the CRO CMs to be mostly nice and helpful. When I got one who wasn't, I'd say "thank you" and hang up then call back and try another.... it usually worked!

Like fellow Michigander vicb we made our ressies Feb. 02 for our upcoming trip in Feb. 03. Started out at rack rate, then changed to DC rate when it came out, almost changed to new DC code rate but found the "anybody" rate to be even better so changing to that. Have made monthly payments without any problem, so it will be all paid off when we get there! ~~
