When can you book a Disney resort using points?

If I want to use some of my points to stay at a non-DVC resort at WDW, when does my booking window open up? Is it at 11 months?

ALL resorts in the Disney Collection can be booked at the 11-month window, with the exception of the DCL (which has a 2-year window).
