When can you book 2010 online?

We are trying to plan our 3rd trip to WDW for January 2010. I've booked the last 2 online with Disney.com. We want to go from 1/9 - 1/16. Since the marathon will be happening the first weekend we are there, I am worried about not being able to get a room. We've had a hard time figuring out the least busy time to go in January. We want to avoid being there for the long MKL weekend bc we figure it will be very busy. Any advice would be appreciated. We have decided we want to try Port Orleans French Quarter.

I'm thinking you can do it in August. That is when they usually announce their change in prices for the coming year.

I think you are right about MKL weekend being busy, but we are going for New Years, so go figure, but as dh and I are teachers, we really doin't see another good time on our calendars other than that.

I recommend when it is time to book your reservation to call and reserve it. The disney website is a horror to deal with..hopefully by august it will run better

We made reservations for 2009 this past August. That was the earliest we could do it.

Yes, you'll probably booked in August for you 2010 trip. We haven't done a reservation via online but call them personally.

You better call them. If you wait until august to book for january youre gonna be limited.

I suggest you call and you'll be able to place a reservation. That is what we did last year when we wanted a January reservation.
