When can we book?

We were planning a trip to Disney this summer, but my son has made the all star baseball team and we will be going to the World Series for our vacation. Anyway we are going to be going in 2008. How far in advance can I book a package? We were going to go deluxe, but I think we have decided to do two values instead. More privacy for my husband and I and alot more room. I know this question has been asked before but I can't remember. Thanks
