When can I start booking

I am traveling to WDW in December. When can I book my stay if I want to split stay between Saratoga Springs for the first half and the second half at Copper Creek? Can I book the entire stay for both resorts 7months out from the first day at SSR or will I have to call again several days later to book at Copper Creek 7 months out as well?

Copper Creek would be a separate reservation. You would have to wait for the 7 month window to open separately for that stay.

You can book 7 months from check-in for each reservation. A split stay doesn't mean anything to Disney.

I booked 2 separate studios, one for me and one for my parents. If I waitlist is there any way to guarantee that I will only get switched if BOTH studios can be switched simultaneously? I am assuming I will need to create 2 waitlists....
