When Can I make DCL ressies with points?

Call me compulsive or crazy but I know that ressies for home resorts are 11 months out meaning that you can make the full reservation only 11 months from your Check Out date.
And reservations for cruising on points can also be made at the 11 month window.
When making cruise ressies on points does the 11 month window mean the day the cruise starts or the day it ends?
We usually make our ressies when one phone can make the entire reservation. I am getting a bit crazy about cruising since it has taken me 3 years to get my best friend and co-member to agree to take the Disney cruise and now she has invited my mother and my sister too! "I want to go now!"

Thanks Carol! I thought that was the date but I start to get paranoid and think up all sorts of varables and get my self in a knot!
