When can I make an ADR for Fant & CL?

We are going to Disney the week of Dec 12. I know I can make my ADR's now but I am curious can I make an ADR for the Fantasmic and Candlelight Processional dinner packages now too or do I have to wait until the 90 day mark?

Fantasmic can be made 180 days out by calling, but Candlelight Processional Package has not been released yet. I know because I've been calling every day and waiting not so patiently.
