When can I book package for 2017?

I tried calling yesterday to book for 2-8-17--2-13-17 and all I could do was the room only reservation, they weren't able to link tickets or anything else yet. Does anyone know how far out you can typically do it all at once?

Usually 399 days out....they haven't released 2017 package prices yet, that's why you can't book tickets, etc. Prices for 2017 will probably released sometime this summer.
