When can I book onsite Disneyland hotels for 2022?

Coming from the UK for our first visit to Disneyland. We’ve been to Disney World many times. In the UK we are always able to book onsite Disney World hotels well in advance with Disney Holidays UK. No such thing for Disneyland so we would be booking through the US site but I notice it’s only possible to book up to the end of 2021. When is it possible to book for 2022?

In another thread a few weeks ago a user here was told by guest services (on the phone) to try on August 1st.

I'm also trying to book for the Spring so I'll be checking then.
