When can I book Fast passes

We booked at AKL through an owner and then I bought park tickets on my own through Disney site. I have everything linked through my experience. However must be doing something wrong. I thought if you stayed on the property you could book fast passes early. Mine shows I can book fast passes now if going soon and of course can booked them for when we come in August. Will the system let me for my time?

Correct. It will open up 60 days prior. It won't show that to you now though.
