When can I book a cash room only for DVC?

I know one can book a room only resort resevation 499 days before your check out date. But that does not appear to be the case for at least some DVC properties. Does anyone have any idea? Searched everywhere but no luck getting this info. Thanks in advance.

Disney has to follow the same rules other DVC owners do, so the earliest they can book a DVC room is 11 months from checkin date.

Just FYI, Disney's current setup is you can book a hotel (non-DVC) reservation 500 days from your check-in date. This was a recent change a little after reopening.

I am still confused. I can book select DVC rooms for cash now, but only at a couple DVC properties. Could it vary by property?

Which resorts? There are rooms at Riviera and Aulani that haven't yet been declared into DVC for owners to book, which means they belong to Disney to rent out as they please. The other DVC resorts are fully declared into the condominium, and Disney (as a DVC owner) isn't allowed to rent them out until 11 months before checkin. So please, which resorts are you seeing, and are they available for checkin dates after June 24, 2022?
