When can I book 2017

We want to go to Universal Orlando in January but can't start pricing anything out because there is nothing past December 31. On the Loews site we can book the room at Porto but can't get tickets yet. When do the 2017 prices come out?

When I stayed during January, I booked my room sept 1st which was about 5 th month out

When I was looking for January 2016, the dates showed up on the Universal website around July 2015.
