When can DVC (not bought @ DL) members buy GCV?

I seriously don't think we can afford it, but just wondering when GCV will open up to buy for DVC members that didn't buy @ DL what is the cost and where are the point charts? I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but I can't find it. Thanks!

Opening Day - Nov 30, 2009
Price - similar to BLT. $112 plus $5 ppt incentive. Matching DPs or DCL incentive. Min add on is 100pts.
