When calling for CRT?

I really lucked out...I did get my CRT...but is it me.... what is it with all of this number pressing. I called the wdw-dine number...then I had to press #1 then enter my phone number then press a couple more things...is this what everyone has gone through recently? I don't remember this last year...have they changed things or is there a different more direct number? I would love to find this out before booking next year!!

No, we're all experiencing all that number pressing after we call, but in another thread people have been discussing that you can simply press 1, 1 and bypass the other three steps.

It works...we got through, straight to a CM at 7:00 a.m., two days in a row by doing this.

I have had the same experiences with getting all the survery and button pressing. I chose to answer as a "first time visitor" and got through right away.
