You got me here Jaime.

I am incredibly lucky I get to visit as often as I do. I purchased 350 DVC points back in the 90's for $57-$62 per point. Most of my stays are on points or rooming with others. If it weren't for DVC I wouldn't be able to travel as much as I do. Since I am visually impaired and cannot drive a car I don't have a car payment, auto insurance or gas. So I have a little extra spending money for travel, but a little less independence at home. I'm very thankful I get to travel, there are a lot of folks less fortunate than me.

Aug. 7-14 at Poly

I'm so excited, this year is my 10th year with my company and I get 4 weeks of vacation!! I've taking two weeks in August and driving to WDW with a stop in Atlanta to visit family. I'm bringing my dog also; this is going to be so much fun; I'm so looking forward to it!

August 5-20 (1 night RPR, 14 nights SSR with Free dining - first onsite trip!) :)

You see, and this will maybe raise eyebrows, so shhhh on this, but I'm not actually looking forward to the onsite bit - I love, love, love offsite :scared1:

Last time we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and I'm worried Disney's higher end places won't compare to the higher end offsite hotels (The last hotel I stayed at in America was The New York Palace Hotel (NYC) and don't think anything is gonna live up to it :lmao:)!

I agree tho I like SSR's location and it does look nice, plus it has a big fridge to fill up with Mountain Dew :lmao:

Where are you staying in June, Kate? :)

I can see the draw to the offsite thing, we usually ate offsite on our previous trips (the stupidly high price of renting a car under the age of 25 is putting us off). However extra magic hours and disney transportation are big perks! My mom owns points at SSR and loves it, however it is a huge resort!

I have never tried Mountain Dew, what is it? Maybe it should go on My to-do list!

We are staying 4 nights at Royal Pacific, then 7 nights at Pop, then 3 nights at Beach Club Villas with dining plan (which was my 21st birthday present from my parents). I've only stayed at pop before out of these three, so I am looking forward to trying the other two!

Yeah I can imagine it's not cheap hiring a car for under 25s. I'm still gonna drive to the parks rather than use Disney Transport I think :lmao:

Mountain Dew is like a radioactive lemonade/limeade - I think I only like it so much as you can't get it over here anymore!!

I like the sound of your plan, I'm really looking forward to RPR (although it's not yet booked...), it looks such a nice resort - but again I'm worried that it'll spoil me and the Disney Resort won't be as nice :rolleyes1 :lmao:
