When are the Christmas decorations up?

My wife and I decided to go next December, before Christmas week, so we could be there for all the holiday festivities.

Does anyone know when all of the decorations, including the gingerbread houses at the resorts, are up by?

I know this year they had some tress and the mainstreet garland and what not up by the 10th of November. As for all the decorations, last year we went Dec 14-21 and EVERYTHING was up.

Hopefully someone can pin it down better, but I would think by at least the first MVMCP.

We don't leave for a week, but form other postings I've read, everything has been up for a couple of weeks much to the chagrin of some people.

We were there for Thanksgiving week and everything was up, including the gingerbread houses. (Maybe there's some stuff not up, but I can't think of where else they could put stuff!)
