When are new offers usually published?

I called yesterday and the CM told me that there aren't any specials or offers yet for December...when do they usually come out? I have everything booked, but will change it if something better is offered.

It seems like the first part of August is when they usually release any other kinds of specials or discounts through December. I would start checking the first of August or maybe even call at the end of July and see if you can get any information from a cast member on upcoming deals then.
