When are MB sent out?

My sister and her family will me joining my daughter and I for a couple of nights while we're at BWV. They are listed on my reservation and will be getting Magic Bands. They don't live near us so I was hoping I'd be able to mail theirs to them. They'll be driving up from the Ft. Myers area. I thought it would be nice for them have in case they need proof they are staying at the BW so they can park there. Also would nice for them to be able to get into the room in case we're not back from the park when they arrive.
