They lost my airline information once (for Magical Express) and for some reason when they send mail to my house it comes addressed to my teenage daughter instead of to me, even though it is my credit card that paid for the reservation.



This just happened to me today! CM somehow had my 12 yr old as the primary on the res for our tour - couldn't seem to change it so she just made a note. I can't see it making a difference. So I called and was told that my Magic Bands are still being customized and that they will be shipped by ten to fifteen business days before our trip. I guess I'll call again on Friday, because that will be fourteen days out.
She also said that if the bands never arrive, I can just get a grey replacement set at the resort. So I guess it's not a huge deal.
This is exactly what I was going to say. The last 2 years since Magic bands started, we've gotten them 4 weeks out from our trip.Not trying to bum you out but this (not getting customized color MB's) would be a huge disappointment to my family. I know you could just purchase new ones or buy a cover or whatever, but we are all so excited to get "the box" in the mail ahead of the trip!
