When are dues statements mailed out?

I know they are available online. I am wondering when they mail them, how soon to expect to get them in the mail.

Dues statements are not mailed unless you call and specifically request them to be; I believe that has to be done each year.

Just looked over the last couple years, and the statement dates are Jan 1, not sure when they arrived, but maybe mailed after the 1st?

Thank you for looking. I got out my old statements. I keep them and their envelopes for my records. They were postmarked as follows:
12-28-2019
12-31-2018
12-28-2017
12-27-2016
12-29-2015
12-29-2014
12-31-2013
12-24-2012
12-31-2011
12-29-2010
12-30-2009
12-30-2008
2007 can't make the postmark out

So as you can see, they have all been postmarked the end of Dec.
I was expecting this year's soon, and was concerned because we are having erratic mail service for last 5-6 months. But it looks like it is not time yet. I could have pulled my records in the first place, but I thought someone on here would know quicker than me digging it out.

Well that's good news! I was told differently when I purchased this year.

If you have the system set to get electronic documents, then you have to change it back to paper to get them.

It is possible they set all new owners up electronically now which could explain what you were told

Did you pay in full, or are you making monthly payments? If so, that could be why.

I have gotten paper statements until this year when I changed it to electronic. I have paid over the years both ways so I don’t think it has to do with that.
