When Are Dues Due?

I'm currently in ROFR on my first DVC contract (resale). How and when are dues paid? Annually? Monthly? Can they be charged to a credit card? (Gotta get those miles!)

I pay my dues yearly, and they are due January 15th each year. I pay those with my credit card. If you pay monthly, they are taken directly out of your checking account.

I think in your resale process, the 2012 dues should be taken care of (either by you are the seller). If you want monthly set up, it needs to be done by mid December to take affect the following year.

We are in the same ROFR waiting period...the 2011 dues are paid by the seller & you decide in your contract who pays 2012 (Usually the buyer since you are receiving the points to use). They will be paid at closing or if already paid by the seller, the seller will be refunded by Disney after closing. Hope this helps! Good luck & welcome home!

P.S. In coming years, you can either pay in full w/a credit card or pay monthly thru your checking acct. Bills are sent out in Dec & payment is due by Feb 1 I believe.
