When are discounts released

There was a thread or a website showing which dates are released for AP and FL resident discounts on which date...anyone know where I can find that or can you tell me when Aug, Oct and January dates are typically discounted??

I have found them on Mousesavers.com. I have had AP discounts for Aug and Oct. Jan is the one month I haven't visited, but I have received post cards in the mail with special low cost offers as well as seeing discounted offers for AP and FL residents. I'm sure they will be out there or at least I hope so. We are going the end of Sept and hope to have a discount for the AP too!
