:3dglasses :3dglasses Ok, so I want to know where everyone will be dining (and for which meal) or eating, while at Disney... I have yet to make our ADR's and am looking for some input and who likes what!!? :surfweb: Thanks in advance!!

I have to admit we weren't originally going to make ADR because it seemed kinda hard to plan where we were going to eat in June! But last night we sat down and I'm glad we did - we went through the places that were covered on the DDP, looked at pictures & menus and came up with 7 restaurants (we will be there 7 nights) that we are really excited about. I'm making the reservations tomorrow, and since we can be flexible with nights & times, I'm hoping to get all of them.

We'll be eating at these places for dinner each night...

-Tutto Italia (Italy, Epcot)
-Wolfgang Puck Cafe in DD (woodfired pizzas, yum!)
-Cap'n Jacks in DD
-Le Cellier (Canada, Epcot)
-50's Prime Time Cafe (MGM)
-Whispering Canyon Cafe (WL)
-Chef Mickey's Dinner Buffet (CR)

Just back 10 days ago and hands down our best meal was Yachtsman Steakhouse! We're pretty regular visitors and always hit our "old faithfuls" like Nine Dragons (sorry to say but it was our worst/rudest meal) and 'Ohana (predictably tasty) but YS was simply wonderful. If you're doing the DDP it's worth the 2 credits too!

I am one of those crazy people who made my ADRs as early as possible and enjoy doing it. We will be at WDW June 20-July 2.

Kona Cafe (dinner and breakfast) - a family favorite every trip
Mama Melrose (first time)
CRT (breakfast) - Personally I could skip it, but it is DD's 5th birthday
Coral Reef (first time)
'Ohana (second try, not crazy about it first trip so thought we would give it one more go)
Rose and Crown (Tend to eat here every trip)
Chef Mickeys (my DH would rather not, but kids enjoy it)
Raglan Road (first time)
Yak and Yeti (first time)
Le Cellier (Every trip)
Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch) - First time for lunch, many visits for dinner.
ESPN Club (first time)
Beaches and Cream (another family favorite---love the No Way Jose)

We are trying several places that we have not tried before. With two children, no signature restaurants for us this trip though.

We are going September and will be doing the following for sure:

Crystal Palace -- Breakfast
The Plaza Restaurant -- Lunch or Dinner
Le Cellier -- Lunch or Dinner
Chef Mickeys -- Dinner
Mama Melrose -- Dinner

We want to try some new places: Whispering Canyon, Tutto Italia and Raglan Road, Boma, Beaches & Cream....we just haven't decided which ones to center on yet

We're eating at:

TS
LeCellier - Dinner
Beaches & Cream - Dinner
Tony's - Dinner
Jiko - Dinner
Crystal Palace - Lunch

CS
Pinocchio's Village Haus
Backlot Express
Wolfgang Puck Express
Flame Tree BBQ
Artist's Palette

We'll be there the first week of February :woohoo: . So far our ADR's include:

Chefs de France (lunch)
Le Cellier (dinner)
Whispering Canyon Cafe (dinner)
Mama Melrose (dinner)
Teppan Edo (lunch)

And I'm sure we'll end up at Nine Dragons, Pecos Bill, Sci-Fi, Cantina de San Angel, Casey's Corner, Rose and Crown (for drinks if nothing else), Beaches & Cream, and many other places for drinks/snacks.

Gee, if I didn't know better, it sure does look like all we are going to be doing is eating!! :rolleyes1

Whispering Canyon Cafe
'Ohana or Kona Cafe
Boma

Our ADR's are for:

Boatwright's - Dinner
Le Cellier - Lunch

That's it. We don't like to be tied to any particular restaurant for a certain day or time during the whole trip. If something sounds good after we're there, we'll either check with the front desk in the morning and ask if any ADR's are available, or see what the wait time is when we get there. It's no big deal for us. Plus we do eat off site at least two or three times, since we go to other places besides WDW while we're in Florida.

As for CS, we'll see if Columbia's Harbour House is do-able when we're ready to eat since we enjoy that. If not, there are plenty of other places to try.

Our dinner on Jan 5 was the last night Nine Dragons was open. After a disappointing meal (they had tables crammed so close together you could eat off your neighbor's plate) I guess I can see why they are closing for a one year renovation.

Well, even though we don't even have to make ressies for a couple months or so, I am trying to put a lot of thought into where we will be eating, since we are bringing family who has never been to Disney. So here are some that I am kicking around: 50's Prime Time, Coral Reef, Ohana, Cap N Jacks, Trails End, and BOMA. Those would be for dinner for lunch we may do WCC and Sci Fi. popcorn::

MK:
Liberty Tree Tavern (for lunch)

Epcot:
Rose and Crown (can't wait!)
San Angel Inn

MGM:
Sci-Fi Diner

Hoop -de doo Revue

The rest of the time will be counterservice. I heard Frame Tree Barbecue was great in AK. We'll be doing RainForest Downtown (won't take Reservations) and Peco Bills in MK.

In no particular order, we have ADR's at:

Le Cellier (dinner) 1st time can't wait :cool1:

Ohana (dinner) 1st time

LTT (Dinner) repeat from last trip - great character interaction. Hoping for P&PP on this night :yay:

Yak & Yeti (dinner) 1st time

Chef Mickey's (Dinner) on our arrival day to start off the trip right!

Crystal Palace (lunch) repeat and favorite from last trip - awesome food!

Coral Reef (dinner) also repeat from last trip...may change this though for something new - suggestions are officially welcome! :)

Over the course of our next trip, we have the following ADRs:

Breakfast: CRT, Kona, Chef Mickeys
Lunches: Crystal Palace, Chefs de France, The Plaza
Dinners: Boma, Akerhaus, Park Fare, H & V, WCC

I got to call my ADRs in on New Years day at 7 am!!! Needless to say I didn't do much partying on New Years Eve!!! Some things are just more important....:rotfl: !!!

Our ADRs for June/July 2008

Breakfasts: WCC
Donald's Breakfast Safari at Tusker House
1900 Park Faire
Chef Mickey's
O'Hana
Crystal Palace
Playhouse Disney Play and Dine

Lunch: CRT
Rose and Crown

Dinner: Artist Point
Cali Grill
Yachtsman's Steak
Chefs de France
Tutto Italia
Le Cellier
Narcoosee's

Sounds like a lot of food and time, I know, but as I get older I appreciate the fun one can have dining at WDW.:thumbsup2

Well I have to say thanks to the OP:thumbsup2 because choosing this trip's ADRs has been the worst ever! DH and I are going alone and want to try some new places but still keep some old favs. Its hard to decide I agree!

Here's what I have come up with so far: (in no order)

Le Cellier (being Canadian it would almost be sacrilege not too go back and we:hug: )

Boma (first time)
Spoodles (first time)
ohana (repeat- stilll havent decided if breakfast or supper)
Coral Reef (first time)

I still have 1 or 2 more.
Now clarification please 'cause this planning has cost me a few brain cells:eek: : Is it 1 TS for each NIGHT's stay?

Yes, a 7 day 6 night trip will give you 6 TS meal credits. This is for the standard DDP only.

Deluxe DDP is 3 TS/CS credits per night. In this case you'd get 18 credits per person.

My ADR's are made with my DD8 in mind and so they often center on fun theme or character places. We are on DDP, 10 nights.

Dinner
Le Cellier
Boma
50's Prime Time
Akershus (Princesses)
Ohana
Hoop Dee Doo (dinner show)
Spoodles
1900 Park Faire (Cinderella and Prince Charming)

Lunch
Sci Fi

Breakfast
Crystal Palace (Pooh and Friends)

We also go to Seaworld and will lunch at the Shark Tank.

Well, I made a last minute trip plan, so we didn't get everything we wanted but as it stands we are doing:

Breakfast:
Donald's Breakfast Safari at Tusker House (Family Favorite)

Dinner:
CRT (first time)
Coral Reef (second time giving it another try because of the chocolate wave)
O'Hana (Love it!)

I was going to do Wolfgang Pucks in DD and Crystal Palace or Chef Mickeys instead of CRT, but I wanted the boys to eat in the castleat least once.
