When and where - latest time I can upgrade a ticket

We have MYW one park tickets for 1 day at MK. Park closes at 12am. Assuming I wait until after we are in the park to upgrade the ticket, what is the latest time I can do that? Before park close? Earlier or later?

Can we do that at Guest Services? At the concierge at our hotel? When does Guest Services at MK close?

Then, assuming we miss our window and elect to buy an additional one day pass, could we perhaps do that on the website, choose will call, and then link them as we did from home to our Magic Bands (thus allowing some FP+ reservations before we arrive on day 2)? I know that seems crazy, but I'm envisioning a late night exit from the parks with the "can we come back tomorrow" begging and needing to get the kids into bed rather than dealing with purchasing tickets.

1. You can.
2. Guest Relations inside the park will be open for at least an hour after park "closing time."
3. Guest Relations.
4. Yes. (Although I don't know the hours the concierge desk is open.)
5. Guest Relations inside the park will be open for at least an hour after park "closing time."
6. Yes, if you like.
In most cases, I'd never recommend buying a "second ticket" as opposed to "upgrading"
a current ticket, but in this instance, the price of buying a second single base ticket is very nearly
comparable to paying for an upgrade to a one-day base ticket.

Thanks Robo.

Yes we never take a trip like this, but decided early on to keep our park time short. We have other things planned, but the lure of Frozen Summer Fun might just be more than we can resist. Given that we can do a max of 2 days, we decided to just do it on the fly this year. It runs completely contrary to my DIS obsessive planning behavior, so now I have contingency plans A B and C just in case. Of course.
